Richard B. Storfer practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Equipment Leasing, and Creditors' Rights.


His legal practice concentrates on the areas of creditor’s rights, commercial litigation and bankruptcy. In addition to over 15 years of experience litigating in State Court, Mr. Storfer represents the interests of his clients in District Court and the Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Mr. Storfer has considerable experience representing numerous local and national loan purchasing and loan servicing companies. Mr. Storfer represents companies such as NC Ventures, L.P., Great Plains Capital Corporation and Premier Capital, LLC and protects their interests throughout the entire State of Florida. Mr. Storfer has a vast understanding of these businesses and many of his clients rely on his experience and understanding to assist them in making the most of their portfolios. In addition, Mr. Storfer has extensive experience in the area of equipment leasing, and represents and protects the interests of such companies as Wells Fargo Financial Leasing, Inc., Sovereign Bank and Citicapital. EDUCATION:

Mr. Storfer attended the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before attending Nova Southeastern University where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1993. While at Nova Southeastern University, Mr. Storfer was a member of the Nova Law Review.
