Originally from Boca Raton, Florida, Lorraine attended the University of Miami where she graduated and received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with Honors and a minor in Finance. After graduating in only three years, she worked for a large public accounting firm specializing in corporate tax transactions and their consequences. However, after only one year, she returned to the University of Miami for her law degree. During her time in law school, Lorraine served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Judge Raymond B. Ray and Judge A. Jay Cristol, as well as participated in "Put Something Back" and assisted debtors on a pro bono basis.

Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Lorraine has devoted her practice to the representation of Chapter 7 trustees, debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters. In addition to her dedication and interest in bankruptcy and litigation, Lorraine remains an active member of the community and volunteers with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Broward County. Lorraine is fluent in Cantonese, as well as conversational in Spanish.
