Kenneth B. Robinson is a shareholder in Rice Pugatch Robinson & Schiller, P.A., and practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Restructuring, Creditor's Rights and Complex Commercial Litigation.
Originally a native of New York, Mr. Robinson moved to South Florida in 1986 after having begun his legal career in the law firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in New York City. Mr. Robinson graduated from Columbia Law School in 1983 with honors.
After moving to South Florida, he spent the next ten years with the law firm Greenburg Traurig, the last six years of which he spent in Greenburg Traurig's Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights Department. In 1996, Mr. Robinson joined Arthur Halsey Rice and Lisa M. Schiller.
Mr. Robinson is presently admitted to practice in the States of Florida and New York. Additionally, he is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts in the State of New York, the middle district and Southern Federal District Courts in the State of Florida., and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals
Mr. Robinson maintains an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a "Top Lawyer" in several publications including The South Florida Legal Guide.
