Mr. Zinkler attended Florida State University where he received a Bachelor of
Science in Finance. Mr. Zinkler received his Juris Doctorate degree from the
University of Miami School of Law. His legal practice concentrates on the areas
of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, construction litigation, construction lien
litigation and collections. Mr. Zinkler has gained considerable experience representing Chapter
7 Bankruptcy Trustees and experience in administering bankruptcy estates, developing criteria for selecting target
defendants and prosecuting and defending multiple adversary proceedings. In
addition, Mr. Zinkler has successfully obtained relief in the enforcement and
defense of construction liens and represents both general contractors and subcontractors
in the area of construction litigation.
