Prior to joining Rice Pugatch Robinson & Schiller, P.A., Ms. Chang served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Mark E. Polen of the Fourth District Court of Appeal of Florida. In law school, Ms. Chang was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review and served as an intern for the U.S. Magistrate Judge John J. O’Sullivan. As part of the Center for Ethics and Public Service, Ms. Chang also devoted her time to representing children in foster care in judicial and administrative proceedings.
Ms. Chang received her Bachelor of Science from Salem College in North Carolina. After completing her degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Psychology, Ms. Chang worked as a cancer research assistant at the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.
