RPRS provides employees a generous amount of personal time. Including providing staff with three weeks of All Purpose days per year, which is increased to four weeks after 3 years.
RPRS encourages eligible employees to contribute to our 401(k) Plan. The firm contributes to eligible employee’s 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan without regard to the level of employee contribution. Historically, the firm has consistently made contributions based on the firm’s revenues to encourage employees to have a high level of respect and loyalty to the firm and its clients, and to encourage employees to plan for their future and the future of the firm.
RPRS provides 100% of employee’s healthcare insurance coverage.
RPRS Has Offices Centrally located in Both Downtown Ft. Lauderdale and on Brickell Avenue in the Heart of Miami’s Financial District. Employees are primarily located at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.
